I've done Middle Eastern food for well over 30 years. It's all I know. Growing up in my family's Middle Eastern food bakery pretty much my entire life, learning the old-world spice mixes from the chefs that are still working by my side today is an experience like no other. I added to my knowledge by obtaining additional formal training at Ohio State University. I have an awesome family with 3 pretty cool kids, a great wife, brothers and sisters that will always be there for you, and the best parents you could ask for. I do what I love, and what I love is food.
